There are activities for children aged 9 months – 12 years old. Children under 9 months are free with a full paying child. There is a dedicated area for children aged 3 and under.
Yes. We have an area dedicated to children aged 3 and under. This features smaller bouncy castles, inflatable slide, ball pools, sit and ride toys and lots of soft play shapes. If your child feels confident, they can use the other items in the main inflatable area.
All children need to wear socks to protect their feet. We advise comfortable clothes such as leggings, jogging bottoms and loose-fitting tops. They will get warm bouncing so layers are always useful which they can remove if they get too hot.
A ticket for a toddler aged 9 months – 2 years is £7.95 and a child aged 3 – 12 years old is £13.95 for a session. Babies under 9 months are free with a full paying child. These must be booked on the website in advance. Adults are £2 each.
Any special BounceFest events such as Santa BounceFest, or events in collaboration with a school or charity, may be a different price.

Adults are £2 each. They are welcome to play the Giant Games withe their family. All children need to be supervised by a parent or guardian over 18 years old.
Yes. Our staff are there to supervise the equipment and ensure that it is being used safely. A parent or guardian over the age of 18 years must be present at all times.

If you arrive after the start of your session you can still enter but we are unable to add extra time on at the end.
I’m sorry we are unable to offer a refund, but you can pass these tickets on to a friend or sell them yourself.
You can change your booking to a new date or time subject to availability with 48 hours notice. Please e-mail . There is a £3 admin fee per booking for an amendment.
If the forecast deems it unsafe to run the event outside, we will contact ticket holders 24 hours before the event. Ticket holders will be offered at least one other alternative date or venue, and tickets will be transferred across. There will be no fee for any ticket changes due to inclement weather. Our decision regarding the weather and if we can operate safely is final. The safety of our users comes first.
