BounceFest for your School or Charity

Inflatable Fundraising Events for your School or Charity

Host an inflatable fundraising event with no payment upfront to us. You provide the venue. We bring the inflatables. Then we share the profits. Perfect for your school or charity.

Why should we hold one?

Our fundraising events are ideal when you need to raise money without the financial risk of hiring attractions upfront. With BounceFest UK, there’s no cost to you – we provide an exciting inflatable play zone filled with our most popular bouncy castles, slides, and giant games for children to enjoy. You simply provide the space, help spread the word, and have a few friendly faces on hand to support during the session – we’ll take care of everything else.

These events will help you if:

How will BounceFest UK help?

How does it work?

Our inflatable fun sessions are great for primary schools and charities across Cumbria, the Lake District, North Lancashire and even parts of North Yorkshire. We cover all the areas on the map below.

BounceFestUK will come and safely set up a range of large inflatables at your school or venue which will be open for 2 hours after school. The quantity of units we bring depends on space, helpers, staff, power, and attendance figures. We will include a selection of our most popular large bouncy castles.

Our team of trained staff will set up all of the units according the HSE guidelines and then stay to site to oversee the event.

We will supply you with any images you need to promote the event and will administer the sale of tickets through our website.

How much could we make?

This depends on the number of tickets sold, but we give the school or charity back 10% per 100 tickets sold.

E.g. If the school sells 200 tickets at £10 each the school will then keep 20% of the takings from the tickets sold, up to a maximum of 30%.

Plus, your school can create more income from selling additional items such as ice cream, drinks and snacks. You could even offer a BBQ, a bar for the parents, side stalls or a grand raffle.

What would the PTA or charity need to do?

There are a few of things you would need to do.

Are there any conditions?

Yes, just a couple.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If there is heavy rain or gusts of wind forecast over 24mph then it is not safe to set up the items outside. In this situation we will contact you 24 hours in advance and either move the event indoors (if you have space) or postpone it to another day. When we book in your inflatable fun session we will agree on a ‘second try’ date in case of bad weather.

Bouncy Castle Safety

We put safety first at BounceFest UK and when you book, we will provide you with a pack containing the following;
